Levy's or Planetwaves. It also depends whether u want nylon or leather, I prefer leather cos they are more comfortable on my shoulders

Depends on the type of strap dude.

My levy leather strap will not do the chest high thing. You can have my fernandas transparent strap lah, that 1 i modded to make it go REALLY high.

swee lee has this addario strap - the black simple looking one..can go high(look, it's high on me and i'm short), doesnt come out w/o a strap-lok and it's very simple looking..

speaking of strap-lok though, the strap i mentioned has a strap-lok version..u cant remove the strap-lok, and it kinda scratches ur guitar near the strap pins cos of the poor design..i wanted to use it on my prs, but i changed to a proper strap-lok instead, simply too afraid.
