An Ideal Start-up Electric Guitar Start-up Package. Advise Please :)

Hello everyone! I'm thinking of buy a starter kit for my electric guitar adventure!
Can you guys gimme some suggestions?

This is one of my options, coupled with a 10watt amp for $220.

However, I can't seem to find out information regarding it online.

Anymore Suggestions? One of my friends told me to consider the SX package too.

And my Budget is around $200-$250

I have an SX GG1K for sale if you want. It's in black and going for $180 with a 10watt amp(Can't remember if it's 10 or 15 actually, but it's a non-SX amp anyway). If you don't mind that it's secondhand and all.
