I have been playing guitar for about one year....i bought the sx starter pack last year.I sold the guitar, bought an epiphone sg special.I love the guitar but the sx amp kinda sucks...so im thinking of buying the roland cube 15x.Is it any good?

Whats your budget?
And what do you play?
And whats your playing style?

It'll help us give you info a lil better.
Although the best recommendation is to try the amps out yourself.

I think a Roland Cube 30X would be a good choice.

If you want to go into pedals in the future, a Vox Pathfinder 15R or Fender Frontman should be good too.

the amp you chose is definitely great if you think you wont get any distortion pedals, was gonna get that, but hey, think im gonna use pedals so, yeah, went to buy vox pathfinder 15r, just like bro mus up here! hahehihohu

The Vox is cheaper than the Roland. I bought my Vox for $140. The Cube should cost you around $360.

if you wish to hear a marked response in terms of tone, invest in an amp with a 12" driver (speaker) on board.

I highly recommend the Fender Frontman 25R amp, great cleans for a solid state amp. Its going for slightly higher than $200 but well worth it. The clean tones are something that I cannot get from my Epiphone VJ tube head. Might be considering getting one as a companion to my VJ head :)
