ok...
my amp (roland cube RX) is really weird recently
at a volume, when i plug my guitar through it,
the sound gets suddenly really quiet or loud:???:
i first thought it was my pickups battery that ran out,
i changed the battery and problem remains...:(
what is the problem? anyway i can fix it myself?

Could be either the volume pot or your guitar cable, I could be wrong.

You can go to an established place to change or fix your volume pot and you can go to a guitar store to get a new cable

one and last resort.. kick or slam ur amp with ur foot or fist on the unit... does work randomly.. if u feel ur amp is something wrong.. haha!! other than dat.. check ur cable wiring near the jack, ur guitar jack and pick, and effect pedals and voltage of power supplied.. one of them could be one of the factors.. (:

@stan_kumar: i will try to use another cable to look for difference, the amp is bought in UK so should i go to swee lee for repair/service
@syuk90: haha, yea, i thought sth messed up due to traveling too.
@polvo: quiet when you go to bridge pickup? or basically switching pickups? i guess the problem might lies in your guitar switch, go to SV or somewhere to check up on that. i had that problem b4, replace the switch and it works great;)

its actually buzzing sound that come out when im at bridge. asked my friend he says probably the cable point.
