amp probelm

whenever i switch to treble mode, my amp will either have no sound or will flicker in and out. i put to rhythm no problem one, the sound is normal. is it cos of the amp? cos i have to cables both tried also same thing. helpp

anyway my amp is a marshall mg15.

Get it checked, chances are that the wiring is broken, or another electrical problem.

Sounds like your guitar problem. Is yous a epiphone and above 3yrs?? If so, needs repair. Bring to my friend shop guitar connection, opposite davis guitar.

Ohh....on your guitar huh...I thought you were talking about modes on your amp, cause you referred to it. If its just one pickup mode then definatly problem with the wiring in the guitar itself.

I think the pickup selector connection is dirty... i had the same problem before. And my guitar was only 4 mths old.... apparently the contacts are dry or dirty, so just get some electrical cleaner spray from hardware store or IT store and spray it into the pickup switch. Then jiggle it around abit and i think it should be fine.

ya mine is an epiphone but 1 month nia. anyway i lleft my guitar alone for a day and later went back it magically works again . thanks anyway...
