Hello folks, just interested to find out. if it's not been done already, for you guys using modelers like line6's xt live or vox tonelab range or krog and all that, what amps do you run through and what are the best amp settings or amps for modelers?

I myself use a tonelab LE through a peavy studiopro 112 with my settings all at mid position. and i'm looking for a better amp to run the tonelab through and so was hoping the nice folks here in SOFT can provide me with an alternative :)

thanks!!!

I'd say bring your gear to sweelee or any other shop to test your tonelab with that amp.

That will give you the best results, instead of guesstimating the outcome of tone, best you experience it yourself.

If you are playing it at home, you can try connect the Left-Right output to a hi-fi system. All the auto-pan, delays and reverbs will sound much nicer.

hmm would they allow that? cause i won't mind brining it down but for one, it's a hassell to set it up there.

They will let you try, they will also allow you to bring your own guitar to test with their amps.

Besides, thats what you should do, instead of buying an amp based on the equipment that u can use in their store.
