Just wanna ask those rally les paul owners some questions...

Any1 of u install a pickguard?

if yes,
did u do it on your own??(drillings)

Just screw it in yourself or bring your guitar and the pickguard to Mike @SV. I think he will do it for you. Just email him and check. info@standardvalue.com.sg

i bought the pickguard but it doesnt fit.. so i im going to sand it to fit...

so i can just screw it in without drilling?

Personally I think the Rally Les Pauls look nice without the pickguards but to each his own. Like RyanZ said, send Mike @ Standard Value an email? He should be able to do the drilling and installation for you.

I own a GL-400!!!! Awesome guitar... Though my only peeve with it is its fading gold hardware on its pickup covers and bridge..

No gold hardware is tarnish resistance. Unless its pure gold.

I agree that the Rally Les Paul is a really good looking guitar with a very nice immaculate surface finishes (it sounds good too for the price) ; its body is just too pretty to be covered up by a pickguard . Mine is a GL300 cherry sunburst. I just love mine too much and can't bring myself to drill a hole or holes in my guitar.
