So I changed batteries in my SD-1 today and the connector got stuck to the battery.

This is the connector from my DD-3 where everything is fine and dandy

And my SD-1 which has the fkced up connector. The part which is missing got stuck to the battery (Fail.)

So basically I'm just asking will it cost much to fix? And where do I get it fixed?

It's a quick solder job right guys? I think you can the battery connector bit at a hardware store and then it's a matter of replacing the old one with the new one. At least this is what I think. Or alternatively, you can use an adaptor. =) Then you won't have to worry about the battery connector bit anymore.

Should be quite cheap. Get the connector from a hardware shop then ask your dad to solder. If you're lazy to do it yourself.

the battery clip costs only like 30cts - 50cts at sim lim tower. i will just cut the wires and solder (or twist the wires together if u dont have a soldering iron). remember to insulate the connections with insulation tape or heat shrinking tubes.

Try to buy the blue color battery clip rather than the black one.The black one is not that sturdy and spoilt easily from my experience.
