I'm looking for a djembe or bongos but my budget is pretty low (100ish) and my main purpose for this is just for fun sake so can someone kindly advice me if it's possible to get new ones around that price? Is it advisable to buy second-hand? And how much are the bongo stands usually?

P.S. I intend to bring this around so it would be best if it's small-sized, easy to carry around/portable
