This taken from another thread I posted in and thought I'd repeat it here FWIW.

"City Music has top-notch CS imo. They get my two-thumbs up!
When the nut on my whammy bar broke and they didnt have a spare, they took a display set of the same make and disassembled it just so that they can get the same nut. All this was done in less than an hour. Gtr was still under warranty.

They then apologised cos the nut was not of the same color (silver i.o. black but I dont really care) and also for the waiting time.

Guys, no apologies needed cos I was as happy as a clam! You have my unreserved support and I'm always happy to part with my money there!"
