can some one name a few? tried the rg350dx..nt as thin as i tot..sorri a noob here..any constructive comments>?

the prestige rgs hav the wizard which is the thinnest neck ibanez offers. the rg 350 has the wizard 2 so its not so thin.

i use the RG350DX and yeah i gotta agree that it takes time to adjust, esp after using the MIJ Strat copy from Fernandes for 2yrs. yeah do try out the super wizard neck dude. and dont forget to cut your nails when you do :D

the thinnest Ibanez neck is the first incarnation Wizard model. the current Wizard model has been revised to be slightly meatier but still thin by general standards. the Super Wizard neck has the same dimensions as the first generation Wizard but it has a bubinga strip rear reinforcement.

the current RG3XX models are equipped with Wizard II units, an even meatier manifestation of the Wizard.

so is the j custom neck a super wizard? the table at jemsite says that j customs use jcm neck which is 0.5mm at fret-1 and fret-12 thicker at then the super wizard.

Hmm.

After so much talk about thin necks... isn't anybody worried they might be rather vulnerable and fragile?

Broken necks are such a pain to the heart after all
