3 American guys in their 30s looking for a rock/funk bassist (keys would be cool too)

We're three American guys who like to hit the studio with a few sixers of beer and rock out and occasionally hit an open mic. Right now we have a drummer, guitarist and singer and we're looking for a bassist, as our current bassist has been too busy with work to play. We try to get together once/twice a week - after work during the week and/or Saturday or Sunday afternoon. We're looking for someone in the same age range with whom we'd gel, personality-wise.
