hi i'm thinking of splitting the coils on my les paul copy. i havent played a guitar with split coils, so how would it sound? would it be comparable to singlecoils? how much would it cost and where is the best place to get it done? thanks

hi guys would it be worth it to upgrade the craftsman lp with better pickups and other hardware? i've haard the wood used to make this guitar would make any good pickups sound as bad. also how much would it cost to wire a split coil in the guitar? thanks

hi i'm an acoustic player wanting to try electric. Wish to get started with $450 or less. Can someone give me advice on what to get to best spend my budget. Preferably with a les paul type cos i kinda like the looks. Should I get the stuff used or new? thanks
