I got this lovely Gibson Goldtop recently - but I'm still trying to get used to it. It's a great guitar but most of the songs I play utilise single coils and it doesn't cut it for me exactly.
That being said, it's the only Les Paul that I've played which clean tones are AMAZING. Most Humbuckers are cranky or dry - but the tone on this Les Paul is out of this world.
NOTE: Guitar is in immaculate condition. Set up to perfection with nice and low action. Frets are in amazing shape. But it has light buckle Rash by the back of the guitar.
I don't have to let this go. I'm going to continue playing it and trying to get used to it in the meantime - unless I get a good offer out if it.
Open to trades. Fender, Suhr, Tom Anderson and other guitars with single coils. But just shoot me with any guitars (even if they've got Humbuckers). Might consider. Also, I love P90s.
