SOLD WTS : Epiphone EL-00 solid spruce top parlor size acoustic guitar

I bought this guitar from an online music store in March 2010. Bought it brand new, not refurbished or second. Condition is near mint, stored mostly in guitar hard case. I could not find this model in Singapore, hence had to buy from overseas.

Sound is getting better as the solid sitka spruce top matures. Bone saddle and nut. Black buffalo horn pins with abalone dot inlay. Also have a hard case for it, bought separately. Asking is S$450 for guitar and case. Pic of the guitar is below. email cornloh@yahoo.com Thanks for looking.
