Where to repair semi acoustic guitars?

Hi,
I just found my 5 yr old ovation replica guitar in my storeroom and it needs some overhauling. Need to solder the battery connection and replace input jack hole. Any idea where I can get this done? Also may need to replace the pickups if it is faulty.
