Where to get cheap drum parts?

Hi I'm looking for a few drum parts

1: Hi Hat Stand
2: Drum throne
3: Damper 'O' Rings
4: Snare stand
5: Cymbal stand

Any ideas where in Singapore I can get? Pls recommend if you know any parts shops in peninsula / Bras Basah Complex etc.
