What is ur ideal band?

Hey people, anybody wanna share ideas about forming a band? Let's exchange!

Anyway, my idea on a band is that i want to have a vocalist, 2 guitarists, a violinist, a keyboardist, a bassist and drums.

Maybe sometimes i may include a saxophone too.

An ensemble cast, something like godspeed you! black emperor or broken social scene would be sweet.
We need more guitars, more guitars!

heh, have a band with all guitarers,

guitar one- play drum witih geetar via guitar synth

guitar two- play bass with geetar via octave effect

guitar three- play rhythm via geetar

guitar four- play lead via geetar

guitar five- sing via guitar(shouting into microphobic pickup) into vocoder

guitar 6- provide choir, back up vocal via guitar synth

guitar 7- provide noise, random art sound solo when triggered by boredom

guitar 8- guitar tech for above 7 guitarers plus providing synth/keboard sound via guitar synth

its so geetar oriented, i think my band will make it big!

bass is a serious instrument, so must not play play. But guitar is different, the insturment is such a carefree instrument, but the guitarers are so damned serious for some, so those shall be make fun of, whenever theres any chance..

haha. what about the ukulele? I don't see enough ukuleles being rocked on stage. We need ukuleles. I wanna make a band with ukuleles, theremins and a glockenspiel! maybe a hang drum too!

It'd be a classic-style heavy metal band, maybe like Judas Priest, Armored Saint, Motorhead, etc etc. Of course I'd need two guitarists (I'll be one of the guitarists), a bassist, a drummer and a lead vocalist. Regular saturday jams once a month, a myspace page complete with originals.

A band that wants to bang heads out there, but certainly far from a Satanic / anti-religious band. In fact, religious would be kinda cool, though fantasy / war would be a nice theme. I'm quite serious about forming this band, though, but not sure if I wanna post in the musicians market just yet.

probably not the paramore style....
what i look into the bands is about their songs.... not guitar-licking monsters who doesnt give a hoot about us singers....(sorry, but i adore hendrix too)...
