due to the increase in posting on the forum daily, it is starting to be difficult for me to monitor. i am looking for volunteers who loves reading the forum and would be able to pick up contents that are not suitable for SOFT.

Actually maybe you'll want to have a few moderators for different forums. Because not all of us read the entire forum haha, so maybe have a regular in the guitar forums moderate that section and another person interested in drums for drum section etc.
