Casual Guitarist: Spoilt for choice!

Dear all, I hope I'm posting this in the right forum. Apologies in advance in case I'm flouting any rules.

I'm in the market for a new acoustic guitar. I play casually (fingerstyle, strum/singing, looping). I enjoy a low action, slim neck (almost electric guitar-esque) with a big sound.

3 years ago, I purchased a Martin GPCPA4. I like it; but I do not love it. It's quite playable, but in my opinion, the tone is not worth the money I paid for it.

I am now in the market for a guitar that's between $900 to $1200~. I may be asking for a lot, but I've heard that some relatively inexpensive acoustics perform incredibly well. I have been eyeing the following guitars in particular:
1) Sire R7
2) PRS SE Angelus A50E

I have heard that these guitars' performance far exceed their price point.

I am also not opposed to purchasing 2nd hands in good condition.

Are there any other good guitars in that range that I should look out for?

Thanks!
