My 6-piece band (English covers) is urgently looking for a versatile female singer, full-time to sing 6-nights weekly in Singapore. Successful candidate will be fronting the band together with our male singer.
We are the resident band currently for the last 3 years been playing at an established club located in town area. The club's only outlet in Singapore has been here for more than 10 years, but it has 6 other outlets in Hongkong with more than 10 bands under its management.
Some things to note:
- starting monthly salary is FIXED at SGD$2,X00 irregardless if you are experienced or amateur
- there will be compulsory CPF contribution on the salary
- band covers popular Top40 charts, ranging from pop, ballad, R&B, rock, hip-hop, ska etc
- ability to harmonise, dance is added advantage
- our band plays 3 alternate sets with another band, so schedule changes periodically (playing on 2nd band schedule, set can end as late as 4.30am)
- job requires someone who DOES NOT have day committments (work, school etc) as rehearsal sessions are strictly on a weekday 3-6pm at the club
- long-term employment, not monthly/yearly contract (subject to company's terms & conditions with minimum 3 months probation) -> some of the professional musicians in the company have worked for 5-8 years
- age range 21-40 yrs old
- only S'pore citizens/PR may apply
We will still consider even if you have ZERO EXPERIENCE but possess good singing capabilities & a natural performer. This may be your chance to work with experienced professional musicians as some of us in the band have more than 18 yrs of experience, including sessioned for American recording artists like David Archuleta, Haley Reinhart & also some M'sian and local artists.
