Synthesiser Screech!

The famous synthesiser high pitch screech of Paul Van Dyke and the likes are fantastic. From the last i know, the Electrix Warp Factory can do it in with a switch of the knob with it´s pitch shifting. But i have been trying to fix it up with the PEG(Pitch Envelope Generator) in my Yamaha CS2x to no avail.

Any ideas anyone?
