Hi guys

My friends' gear got stolen at a show at Ngee Ann City yesterday. Please keep a lookout for the following:

Line 6 Variax baby Blue
Fender Strat USA limited pink with black tiger stripes
DIY White Niar bass

Anyone saw any band or ppl using these guitars, please alert Ernest from the band Black Forest at www.blackforestband.com A police report has been made. Thieves should be hung by the balls in public.

although it's not my gear, this kinda news just ticks me off- are there any pics which i can use to highlight these @ my blog? there's just no respect for people's property anymore. i don't know- the thief is probably a musician, someone with intellectual gift but somehow couldn't use this potential to differentiate right from wrong.

Whoa. Expensive stuff. Hardwarezone also have buy/sell section... Too many sites have already. Hard to monitor but will try my best

i think they were performing at a buddhist assoc show outside taka last sunday... i'll get blackforest band to comment.

i dont think it will go thru hardwarezone. will prob go through a music forum. soft, g4c (sadly), talkbass, tgp etc.

best to get as many forum mods as possible to sticky the notice on their classifieds

Precisely why we should watch out on non-music forums as well-they may suspect the victim is part of the music forums. Although admittedly, if he reads all these, i doubt he has the guts to sell them off.

police? i really think that cctv idea is pretty damn good ... those kinda area, check a few places with cctv, could probably find the perpetrators on film. guitars aren't exactly small enough to keep in a bag or pocket
