Skimpy Ads. Acceptable?

Hi mods,

I have recently noticed some ads in the forums with skimpy dressed women.
I do understand that SOFT needs Ad's to maintain it's existence but don't you think some of the content in the ads are a little too much for minors to view?

these are just a few of them...

I might be a little old fashioned and the pics might seem innocent to some. But lets face it, it does pushes the envelope a little. Should all this be here?

yes it would offend the more conservative of our visitors, and might also offend women who visit soft.

also, it kinda puts me in an odd situation when someone walks by in school or in the library and thinks i'm surfing a porn site.


that said, the women in the 3rd and 5th photo are sublime.

These are clearly not suitable for Soft. But note that website owners rarely have full control over the ads. Especially when dealing with smaller / less reputable ad networks, they will simply sell your space to the highest bidder even when you have supposedly stated what kind of ads you want to display. Hopefully James can sort it out or find a better ad provider.

Hmmm.... these ads are definitely not suitable for SOFT. Has anyone else seen these ads on SOFT? Could you rollover the banners and do a right-click and save the link for me? I need the link in order to trace where these ads come from.

there is one that is i feel " most offensive" it could not be right clicked and saved as its a flash image.
It showed a pic of a lady in mini skirt and she had her panties rolled down to her thighs....
