Hey , as posted , I've bought an ovation from you , how much would you charge for lowering the action? I wasn't given any allen key to adjust it ..

Hi there

thanks for your purchase of the Ovation guitar. We offer a 1 year service warranty for all guitars purchased from City Music whereby owners are entitled to bring their guitars in for free setup of action and playability anytime within the first year of purchase.

Kindly bring down your purchase receipt and warranty card for a free setup if it's within the warranty period. Otherwise, we'll charge $25 for the setup.
