i used to be in both track n field event during my pri sch days..100m, 200n, 4x100m, long jump and high jump..there was this time whereby i won the second place in a 100m race and i lost the cup bcoz at that time also, my team won the 4x100m race and i rushed to the prize giving area, leaving my silver behind..when i got back, it was gone..that was one unforgetable memory..

Well i'm a tracker for 800-3000m, not fast enough for 400m one...
