guys do you know that this guy who claim to work for a company Rock On
well he is the one man show he not workin for anyone he get the solid profit!!!
30 tic for per band to sell at 12 buck
do your calculation 30 tic at 12 bcks each adds up to 360
minus the 50(band commison) which is crap!!!
310 times the 12 band that are playin
3720bucks(not including door tix)
and the rental at dxo is not more than 1200-1500
and everything is not more than 2000 in total
look at the ammount he wans a profit
he want double from what he invest
and if u cant sell u nid to pay back
if u really wan to set a place where the local music can display their talents
y rip and absorbed thier money!!!!

not just that asking band to sell 30 tix is crazy
yes u may say a band consist of 5-6 people adn they have just to contribute
5 friends
but what if the bands re all friends and share the same ammount of friends
and if they cant sell the tix
they have to pay
and what if they are a good band who just started out in the scene and they got no money...

Oh well,am not getting a slot there cos theres gonna be a meza virs/bhelliom/truth be known gig..most of the crowd's probably gonna be there&selling 30 tickets isnt easy especially if each ticket is 12 bucks.

Okay firstly, you create an account just to accuse Rockons that Nick has organised. Nick has said from the start, he has never forced anyone to sign up to play for Rockon. Its entirely up to the band to do so. And again, you dare to say all and state statistics which is like 75% not true, and you dont dare to state who you are.
anyway i dont get your point of what youre trying to do, because from my point of view, neither are you doing anything to help the scene out.

Well, i assume that this guy here has a bad experiences with other organizers who 'forced' to sell tix.
But dude, get to know this organizer first. Talk to him and know him better etc. It works that way. Not argue and brainwash peeps online.
I once had a very bad exp with other organizers. had to pay 400 bucks for unpaid tix.
sighh... So yeah.
Now its up to the bands.. If you think u can sell 30 tix. Why not? The main thing here is to promote ur band and get exp. Other things is non of the concern. If the organizer is scamming, karma will get him back.
In any case, Good luck in this gig.
