Prices in the webbie and store of sweelee different

Hey guys,

i went to sweelee this afternoon after i
checked on this MXR Doubleshot distortion.
it stated on the website to be $268. but when i went to the shop, and asked for it. they say that it costs $281.

i'm not sure whether there was an error on the net?
or the salesman did an error? this was what i encountered this afternoon.

anyone also have this experience?

yes 105% × $268 = $281.40..

so it was on a 40 cents discount

haha i encountered the same situation today

the digitech bad monkey is listed as $94.72 on the website

but anyway i told him the price on the website is about 90+ it is impossible that this thing is selling for $132 even after the 20% discount. Then he shows me with the calculator, that he only can offer me the 20% discounted price. Lucky one of the other swee lee staff overheard the conversation. and he checked the website and saw that it was only listed as $94.72. The guy who was attending to me say next time i have to print out the website to show them, if not he cannot offer me the price as stated on the website.

i wanted to ask this, but just didnt thought of it at that time, isnt it YOUR job to update the prices?
and
the gst is added before the 20% discount or after the 20% discount?
and dont the prices listed on the website get a 20% discount?
