you can forget about PLEK ever being available here,the start-up costs are extremely prohibitive and there's no market for such a service in singapore. the closest available place to get your guitar pleked is in sydney,interestingly enough they're offering the service cheaper than in the US..

I think the machine is like $100,000 (not sure USD or service/supports) when I was working in a guitar shop last time, we enquired.

USD$150,000 is for the Plek Pro and as far as I know, John Suhr is the only one with the Plek Pro. The rest of the guys have the "basic" Plek machine.

I've seen it in action. Pretty impressive but an experienced tech or luthier can do just the same.
