hi guys. Im new to music. thinking of picking up an instrument but dunno which is better. all look so cool to me. interested in rock music. which one should i pick up?

When you listen to a rock song, what part of it do you pay the most attention to? The drumming, the music, the singing, etc. Easier to recommend you an instrument if you provide that info.
