Greetings one and all!
Due to a shuffle in line up, we are now looking for a lead guitarist for our (very awesome) band!
We are:
1) in our 30s and 40s so ideally, you would be too.
2) no professionals. We've only been jamming for about a month, so we're still trying to find our groove yo! Don't worry about fitting in. We are (mostly) nice and welcoming.
3) big fans of rock and some of its sub genres like alternative, grunge and shoegazing. To better understand what you're getting yourself into, some of the artists we cover include nirvana, foo fighters, Alice in chains, oasis, smashing pumpkins, hum, dinosaur Jr, teenage fan club, ride etc. If this is your jam, you are our man (or woman).
we jam once every 2 weeks (fri nights 8-10pm) at olandos (upper thompson) but of course jamming venue is flexible. The day, however, is not, as that is our only common slot for now.
