h there ..is anyone here who can tell me how to edit my add or delete after posting it? and how can i track my listings...for example i have post 4 items before ..how should i go about managing the adds...how can i recall back those items sold n not sold...like a tool call (manage my adds) something like that???

Your ads in the Buy & Sell are just normal forum posts, so there is no specific way to manage only your ads.
One way to find your existing posts is to go to your own profile and click "Find latest started threads".
The better way (for me) is to subscribe to your own posts. Change "Default Thread Subscription Mode" in your settings http://www.soft.com.sg/forum/profile.php?do=editoptions to "Through my control panel only", then in the future you can use your subscriptions http://www.soft.com.sg/forum/subscription.php?folderid=0 to keep track of your posts.
You can only edit posts within 1 hour (I think?), and cannot delete it. If the item is sold, go to the ad, select "Thread Tools" and "Mark this thread as sold".
