Help needed with at2020 n saffire 6

hi! i was wondering if anyone can help me out with this problem

i recently got a focusrite saffire 6 and i'm using garageband to record stuff. when i plug in my AT2020 to it, the recording is at full volume. but halfway through the track the volume drops drastically. and when i stop the track, the volume returns. can anyone help me out ??? thank you!

Hmm, did you move the mic positioning while recording? Check if there's any plugins/effects on the track you're recording as well...
