Not really music-related, but imagine working on lyrics or planning an event in real-time with a number of associates (of course we have lighter solutions like this one).
I got invited by someone, so I don't have invites to give out. But if you sign up at Google directly, the invite you will get from them will allow for 8 giveaways: https://services.google.com/fb/forms/wavesignup/
Check it out, you might like it, though it's nothing genius. And..err, like GMail, it may take another 5 years to actually function as intended. But as it is now, it does appear to be useful.
