Fret Buzz at G String!!!!!

Hi...can someone help me with tis? Recently, I've encountered a fret buzzing whenever i played the 7th fret onwards at the G String?To solved this prob,i had sent my guitar to beez for adjusting the truss rod and the fret buzz prob is solved but after a week of playing,the prob came back again.So can any bro(s) enlighten me with regards to tis prob so that i can solve it myself rather than bringing it for servicing as its quite expensive =)
