Have you ever wondered what is the Difference between the Vintage series martin HD28v compared with a Martin D28.
Both uses the Sitka Spruce top with matching indian rosewood back and side...
The other difference...Martin HD28v uses a forward shift scallop x braces giving you a more responsive yet warmer and deeper tone. .. Aged top toner, Herringbone on the top, Diamond cut fretboard inlays, modified V neck and butterbean tuners. Grain Ivoriod binding.
Martin D28- White plastic, nornal X brace non-scallop. 4mm pearl dot markers on the fretboard. Black pickguard and Grover tuners. Low Profile neck.
Both guitars were bought from our Singapore Local Distributor City Music..and saddle have been upgraded to the FMI saddle
