Best place for full setup of electric guitar. Anyone tried SweeLee Plec system?

I have a telecaster i assembled from warmoth parts.

I think it will play okay if i simply string it up right now and use it as it is. But since i already spent so much money on the guitar itself, im more than willing to spend money to get it setup.

These are the things that i intend to get done:

1) Install Gold or Steel zero fret.
2) Truss Rod Adjustment For Optimal action height and string tension
3) Action height and intonation adjustments on the bridge saddles
4) Polishing/Filing of each fret to achieve optimal action height and playability

What recommendations would you have for the best man/shop for the job?

I just noticed SweeLee advertising their Plec system. They're making a lot of big claims about what their system can do. Anyone tried it yet? Is it worth the time and effort?

Thanks in advance!

Swee Lee's Plec system is professional, but costly too. Parts and setup wise I feel Swee Lee is not the best. There are smaller shops like Guitar Connection who does a great job at guitar setups. I personally go to GC to setup all my guitars and install new parts. They have a crazy lot of parts that Swee Lee always claim out of stock.

Yep, I’m looking for plek reviews too. I know the price is high, but it’s supposed to be perfect, hence the perfect setup. I can do ‘good’ myself, but for that high-end guitar, perfection is a must.
