Hi fellow softies,
I was never a MiniDisc user for the past 10 years. I went with the Discman->MP3 players path, till 'MiniDiscs' appeared when I tried to research on the various ways to record from a mic.
My home setup will be a consumer level-karaoke system (BMB amp + karaoke microphone), with my electric-acoustic guitar plugged in. From this setup is there a way to do recordings? Sound input will be the microphone + my electric-acoustic guitar.
I am a total newb when comes to audio/ sound equipments.
Are MD's any good and viable? I'm thinking of getting and hooking up a MD recorder, which I can transfer to my PC thereafter.
