Alesis M1 Active 520, worth $170?

I have come across an opportunity to purchase a alesis m1 active 520 for 170 dollars. Should I? I do not own a home studio and do not intend to build one. If I purchase them, they will either be used as my computer speakers or sold away for a healthy profit.

So should I?

The M1 Active 520 retails for $450 at Sinamex, so it seems you might have quite a good deal on your hands. Make sure you check the condition of the speakers before you make the purchase though.
