I have a 1969 Ludwig floor tom in gold sparkle wrap. The drum is 16X16 (inches) and is in terrific shape, especially considering it is 48 years old. The drum sounds great and has no significant issues. Of course it is 48 years old, so there are bound to be a few nicks here and there, but overall it is in great shape. I have put on Gibraltar floating feet on the tom legs, which helps the drum to resonate more and sound a bit fuller.
I purchased this drum in the U.S. last year for $500 usd, but I am not using it, so it needs to find a new home.
