To the threadstarter, i'd say get something decent. Though you may be a beginner but that doesn't mean you should confine yourself to "beginner guitars." Perharps this is where some people fall out of love with the instrument. Where they purchase a cheap guitar and found out it's hard to finger a certain chord (because the strings' action is too high) or dificult to achieve a particular sound they want (probably due to the cheap pickups).
Sure, one has to start from the very bottom; and slowly learn, one might say. But i still remember something my platoon sergeant told me when i was in BMT many years back, with reference to National Service: "Do it once, do it good." In this context, buy it once, buy it good.
Not to disgress here, but out the few names you've listed out, perharps Samick is the best. There you go. My opinions. 8)
