YoZ~~ New to Bass here, need help

if you're just looking for a quick fix if you're stuck in a rut, stop playing for a while. go out more often and experience life. watch people around you. fall in love, fall out of love, whatever.

music is about emotion and the only way to express that is to experience the emotions of life. what you play transcends from how you perceive life to be.

bass lessons on the other hand can also be a great idea. it can improve your technique and give you more ideas to approach a piece.

if you have a band, do go and have some free jams. it will force the creativity out of you  . worked for me.

Whao, this is a really old thread haha surprised that you guys are still replying to it. Thx for the replies but i got the Ibanez package from swee lee a few months back. And to ask another question since its getting replies, what do i do when my guitar neck starts to warp??

You start looking for graphite necks.

prevent warping by keeping your bass free of humidity. try to keep your bass in a hardcase and throw a thirsty hippo or wadever moisture absorbents in.

even if it starts to warp you can adjust your truss rod by twisting it clockwise. do this in small increments till you feel that it is acceptable.
