that expensive for a guitar? how much are the most expensive guitars anyway? highest priced ive seen is the K7 at 2.5k..tho i know the PRS DRAGON is worth alot more..but no idea how much..

those PRS 513, they cost about 8k? slash's signature series cost about 8k too... you must really take in a lota consideration just to spend 8k on a guitar? some people are just nuts to buy them... Oh yes, and i've seen jimmy page's les paul being sold on Ebay for 50000??? people are just nuts to buy them, and yes, they've been bought...

hmm well maybe if i do indeed get really good at guitaring mite just buy a dragon..if i have the money...dun wanna spend on good guitars if i myself aint up to playing it..like those ppl i know who get a PRS swamp ash and smash it just got avril did it and buy another one the next week cus they wanna start learning guitar..if u understand what im saying that is..

sighh, they get mad cause they think their equipment doesn't suit their skills... so they samsh it...thinking that they get new, more expensive guitars i suppose, they'll get better in playing...

maybe..but i was curious...when do u know its time to get a new better guitar/amp that will suit ur skills and help take u to the enxt level? im still on my grx70 jumpstart...and ill only be gettin an RG next after say 2 years if ive progressed really well...so how will i know its time to expand the family?

i'm not that good myself, but equipment comes later, always, sample your skills, fiddle around with the tone knobs, volume knobs, amp knobs, know what kinda sound you wanna get before buying... if you wanna specific sound, test all sorts of guitars. i went to mr luther's once and sat there playing a squire stratocaster, those jumpstart ones too hehe... for 2 hours???????????? well, least i bought it...

If I'm a guitarist, I still get the cheapo Congress guitar that started the revolution.. Nothing beats a relic dude..

Sitting under the void deck with all ur members and strum strum strum, pluck pluck until the nest morning...

*sigh* Those were the days!! 8)

I think you nailed it. It'll be the wise thing to do if one buys according to needs. Sigh, I buy too much out of wants.
