Your bands

Would like to know whether the bands you people have are formed by people whom you already know e.g. from school, church etc, or are formed from strangers you meet on forums such as Soft.

Appreciate the replies, cos i was just wondering whether bands which are formed from people you already know have more chemistry than those who are formed by strangers.

my band was formed when i met up with a group of ppl. like a clique. and they went jamming for fun. so i joined them . it was all for fun actually. but to see everyone of us got a talent. why not create a band. ha. yea. but we were all schoolmates. yea. its good to know the person before u make a band with him or her. cuz Good Character Makes Good Music. ha.

Me and my Singer had been friends for a while, we had played music together before, and then one day, I really really felt like it was time for me to settle down my playing to just a few of my favorite genres. So I told my singer, why not we form a band together, play Blues, Soul, Funk, and anything else classy and cool. From soft, we only got 4 softies within the band. The others are friends. So its a mixed mixed band of friends and strangers.

But thanx to soft for this cool forum so that my band was made possible. 8)

kindergarten (yep long way back) and church.. well our kindergarten was also in church.. 3 of us have known each other since kindergarten.. the other 2 are from church as well..
