he's my fav guitar player and i think not many people know about him in singapore

what i like about him is his stage presence and of course his amazing skills. no one is like Yngwie on stage.

LOL!!! damn true though...he was skinny in his early years, and like a barrel now!!

but that aside, its thanks to him that i got hooked on to the tone of a SC in the neck. if not for him, i would have hated the sound of any SC in any position (sold my 1st strat due to that hatred for SC tones, deeply regretting it now). but hasn't he been with fender his entire career?? i've never once seen him go on stage with any other guitar besides a fender strat...

oh, i'm afraid he's more popular than you believe! lots of people at his concert here a few years ago, it was memorable because the sound was like !@#$ i don't know what kinda technical glitch cause it but it sounded like the power amps to the foh speakers were clipping or something like that!

He always crank his 70s marshall 50watts head and add a DOD 308 for the extra push.
