Purchased by me in Tokyo in 1997 and used by my two girls for piano lessons. All original parts. Tuned every few years. Last tuned on 13 August 2013 in Singapore by the Yamaha Technical Service Center. The action was professionally regulated and the hammers voiced. The Yamaha Technical Service Center report states: “Piano condition is excellent, no defective mechanism. Pitch is at A440 (concert pitch) and is stable. Last internal cleaning is on 13/8/2013.”
Girls have grown up and moved away. Hardly played since last tuning. Hence, offered for sale.
