dunno la but according to my presumption. the mutants only temporarily loses their power if they came across that bald kid "LEECH". Remember Prof X can't read mind, juggernaut can't crash into the wall and kitty can't penetrate through wall.
so the injection or the cure works temporarily. mystique was shot with the cure and later she "looks" like she played out Magneto. but it was otherwise cause Mystique was still with Magneto plays out the soldiers into telling them the fake hideout and only found multiple man.
In the end magneto still hopes to regain his power.
Mystique will come back. Woo Hoo.

wrong. magneto's a class 5 and pyro's higher than a class 3. that fast woman said that all the mutants in the church are no higher than a class 3 except for mag and pyro.
