X japan's tone

hey guys, done alot of research, there was a post like this before, but i still cant get the tone, for all x freaks, any recommendations on a complete pedal board for that distinct x tone?

X using alot of harmonizing guitar between 2 guitars, that's why it's hard to get exactly same guitar tone from single guitar.
Maybe BOSS GT/ME series Harmonizer can help obtains the sound.
Try mild distortion with 50:50 ratio on Harmonizer/Pitch shifter effect.

it's all in japanese tho..

personally the tone is very much to do with his guitar and amp - pata uses a original '59 les paul - as for hide im not too sure - some of his original guitars have a dummy neck pickup
