Used 2002 ZVex Fuzz Factory. 1 of 5! Amazing silver sparkle! Hand painted by Jason Myrold. Functionally: fine, cosmetically: lots of chips on the edges.
It does really a lot of stuff: mostly fuzz-facish + octavia, 60s style fuzzes like sam ash & fuzzrite & fuzztone, sometimes like a muff with lesser low end and bigger clarity, and couple of good overdrive settings.
Pre-vexter so there is no LED and external power. A battery clip power adapter is added for 9V power supply. Check out the warm tone which the later LEDs version lack of: https://youtu.be/ojMCYYjTRvM
