Seriously, even as a gear freak, i still can't find any info on this piece.
If you know the history, pls share for the benefit of the new owner.
Thanks.

This 6-string is very well-built.
It's quite heavy, and the neck has a very solid feel.
The machine heads are unique.
Knob controls are: neck pickup volume, bridge pickup volume, master tone.
The body's finish condition is not perfect, and there are a few dents.

It's in good working condition.
Everything is stock, untouched as when i got it from another softie.
I pasted the "YAMAHA" sticker on the body, which can be easily removed.
This is the kind of good quality sticker I bought from those motorbike shops.

Also, i am giving you a brand new Gator gigbag.

I am selling this for just $500.
Price is fixed and non-negotiable.
Not looking for trades.

Testing can be done at my voiddeck, with my Korg Pandora + headphones.

Sorry stepping in a a fellow guitar geek.
Looks to be from the discontinued Yamaha RBX series.

However, the only 6 string incarnations I can find on the Yamaha US site are the John Myung models. Which are a different configuration. Maybe yours is some kind of a domestic model.

In anycase, looks cool and Yamahas are great intruments!

Yo nudge, thanks.

Yep, this is still a piece of history/mystery to me.
It's possible that it's a domestic model, in Japan, that is.
